Stackers is an international, modern lifestyle brand reimagining how people organise and store the things they love. From jewellery boxes and travel cases to home storage and accessories, every Stackers piece is designed with a balance of function, style, and longevity in mind.
my work.
I worked for LC Designs from 2015 to 2022, tasked with transforming Stackers, their hero brand, from a traditional wholesale product into a direct-to-consumer lifestyle brand.
Originally sold through John Lewis and leading retailers across Europe, Stackers had a strong B2B presence but no direct relationship with customers. My role was to change that, building the brand, marketing infrastructure, and tech stack needed to scale Stackers into the international D2C business it is today.
Key responsibilities included:
Building and leading the marketing team, shaping the brand’s voice and strategy for a D2C audience
Managing, evolving, and optimising the Magento web build, working closely with our development agency to create a seamless customer experience
Establishing the full marketing stack across paid ads, email, affiliates, OOH, TV, and customer service
Establishing and managing Amazon as a global sales channel, opening up new revenue streams and international reach
Driving growth through data analysis, target setting, and full performance reporting
Overseeing ERP implementation, creating operational efficiency to support scale
Launching the Stackers franchise programme across multiple international markets, from Japan to New Zealand, managing both UK and global agencies and partners
